*1. Products*: We sell 100% pure Batana oil for cosmetic use only. Not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Results may vary.

*2. Use at your own risk*: Patch test before use. Discontinue if irritation occurs. Not responsible for allergic reactions. Keep out of reach of children.

*3. Orders & Payment*: All orders subject to availability and payment confirmation. Prices in ZAR and include VAT where applicable.

*4. Shipping*: Delivery times are estimates. Not liable for courier delays after handover.

*5. Returns*: Opened Batana oil is non-returnable for hygiene reasons. Unopened, sealed bottles can be returned within 30 days in original condition.
